This cooperative was founded in 1929 in the south of France to bring a few small, dedicated growers together and give them the ability to continue to farm their land traditionally yet have access to modern winemaking equipment. This partnership has allowed them to craft impressive wines at extraordinary prices. Sourced from terraced vineyards just a few miles outside the ancient cites of Nîmes in the western edge of the Languedoc, this ripe and clean Chardonnay, crafted without any oak influence, is all about showcasing the grapes in their purist form. Aromas and flavors of ripe apple, pear, and citrus intermingle beautifully on its mid-weight palate.
