But for generations, the Ravaioli family has been growing Sangiovese that the locals have selfishly kept to themselves.  After Celita took over from her father in 2004, and thanks to dazzling acclaim from the benchmark Italian wine publication Gambero Rosso, the secret is out! 100% Sangiovese from the first vineyard the family purchased, it’s a complex and earthy wine - the tart black raspberry fruit is followed by a soft smokiness and green peppercorn spice giving it a savory rusticity.
