Paul has been part of the family business since he could talk—his first word was Dador, the Austrian word for tractor. He learned winemaking both from his ancestors and through formal study under renowned winemakers, including fellow Wagram native and shop favorite Anton Bauer. Paul took over the winery at the remarkably young age of 16. He crafts beautiful, easy-drinking wines meant for everyday enjoyment, including this bright sparkler. Known as Perlwein in German, the Frizzante style lends itself to softer bubbles, which in this case allows the fruit to truly shine. Ripe raspberry and juicy wild berries make this wine fresh, fun, and perfect for a toast, brunch, or a cozy night in.
