Selection Massale is dedicated to finding grape growers and winemakers that are spear-heading the natural wine movement, and doing it right. The Boutanche wines are a collaboration between importer and winemaker crafting wine that everyone can enjoy made with pure, unadulterated juice fermented with native yeast and little sulfur added. This iteration, created by Olivier Minot and made from Gamay, is a medium-bodied, fresh chillable red. With wild strawberries and raspberries on the palate, a hint of clay minerality, and black tea tannins, this wine is balanced, affordable, and a beautiful representation of the natural side of Beaujolais.
