In 2009, Stephen and Jeany Cronk left their comfortable life in London to pursue their passion for Provençal rosé. They partnered with Master of Wine Angela Muir to found Maison Mirabeau in the village of Cotignac, in the heart of Provence. Their mission is to be stewards of the land, honoring the cultural and agricultural heritage of southern France. 'La Folie' sparkling rosé is crafted using the Charmat method and offers a playful bouquet of peach and floral aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and bright, with tart stone fruit flavors and lively, refreshing bubbles.
