Nicolas Idiart began his wine journey at only 19 after graduating winemaking school and working in France, New Zealand, and Australia. He then dabbled in wine sales in Canada, gaining invaluable global market insights and enriching his passion for the craft. In 2014, he returned to France following his dream of producing his own wines, and Maison Idiart was born. This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards in Touraine where the moderate climate and ample sunlight make it perfect for cultivating this classic French grape. Enticing aromas of citrus and green apple mingle with delicate floral notes on the nose, while crisp acidity invigorates the palate, complementing flavors of lemon, peach and a hint of fresh herbs.
