Kent County England borders London situated just Southwest of the city.  Famous for its striking coast line that makes up the White Cliffs of Dover, Kent is also known as ‘The Garden of England’ due to its slightly warmer temperature than the rest of the county that lends itself well to growing fruit. While the first sparkling wine under the Gusbourne name was produced in 1410, the rebirth of the estate was in 2006. Chalk-limestone follow the geologic material of Champagne, France, lending itself to create a mineral driven sparkling with notes of apple, pears with added complexity from extended lees aging. These tiny bubbles will change the way you think about England!
