This is a super fun blend of international grapes. Mission, or Pais, dominates the blend and provides plenty of herbal and earthy notes while the addition of Tempranillo keeps things vibrant, juicy, and fruit-driven. The small amount of Mourvèdre provides a bit of weight and some savory, peppery flavors. This is great chilled down – pair with anything off the charcoal grill!

About Groove Wines

Groove Wines is a passion project of Nate Miles and Matt Nagy. Matt is a Long Island native who got into wine after taking a Wine and Spirits appreciation class in college which inspired his first harvest job in New York. After working with winemakers like Thomas Rivers Brown and Steve Matthiasson, Matt started his own label – Benevolent Neglect. Nate got started in wine a bit later in life. After 20 years working in the corporate business world, he decided to ditch the day job and relocate to California where he started working a harvest job. This eventually led to a full-time position with a Napa Valley winery where he was introduced to Matt. Together, Nate and Matt are slinging some delicious, hand crafted wines exclusively packaged in cans. Their mission is to make good wine more approachable for consumers that just want to drink and enjoy wine without the pretention.
