Nothing really says warm weather quite like Vinho Verde. Literally translated as ‘green wine’, this refers to its fresh, vibrant flavors and the fact that it’s meant to be consumed in its youth, in both white and rosé form. The Gateway Vinho Verde Rosé is mainly made up of native grape, Espadeiro, harvested in the Amarante sub-region of the Minho, and traditionally used specifically for this light, refreshing beverage. Fresh cut pink flowers on the nose make you want to dive right into the fruity, cranberry, citrus zest, and tart pomegranate palate. Spritzy, dry, and oh so thirst quenching!
Pairings: Delicious on it's own! Or mix up a yummy summer batched cocktail
