His influence has transformed Montlouis into a hotspot for natural wine. Only made in the best vintages, this wine is crafted from fully botrytised Chenin Blanc grown on clay-silica soils over limestone. Rich yet wonderfully fresh, it’s a beautifully layered sweet wine with elegance and lift.
