The Parera family has been cultivating a variety of crops on their estate since 1892. You’ll find cherries, almonds, olives, and vegetables growing alongside grapevines. They even keep beehives for honey and to promote a healthy, living ecosystem. Ruben, fourth generation farmer and winemaker, continues these natural processes in the cellar by allowing spontaneous fermentation to occur and adding only small amounts of sulphur to his wines. ‘Fins als Kullons’ is a blend of red and white grapes delivering delightful flavors of red currants, underripe strawberries, tart cranberries, and orange blossom with lower acidity and a touch of tannin – chill this liter down and enjoy!
