The Cabrol Family has been maintaining their biodiverse vineyards in the Languedoc since 1969. Using environmentally friendly methods and sustainable practices in the vineyard and cellar have allowed the Cabrols to express the terroir of the Mediterranean in each of their cuvées. This red blend consists of the classic grapes of the Rhone Valley and the stalwart Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting blend is a juicy and approachable red wine with ripe blueberry and black cherry fruit notes accented with dried herbs and pressed wildflowers, black pepper spice, and earthen finish.
