Known more prominently in Gascogne as a producer of Armagnac, a traditional brandy of the region, Domaine de Millet has been making wine for 5 generations on their family estate. With Francis and Lydie Dèche running the family business, their daughter Laurence has since taken over the winery, and with it has come a line of table wines that are approachable, easy-drinking, and refreshingly delicious. On this white blend, typical foxy fruit characteristics pop on the nose, and are enlivened by citrus on the palate. Some chive and grassy notes compliment the green apple and lime zest that come together with a mineral-driven finish.
