Nestled in the hillside north of Venice, where bottled fermented Prosecco is traditionally made, are 11 beautiful acres with more than just grapevines growing - fruits, vegetables, cereal grains, and livestock coexist on the same plots of land. Costadilà strives to rejuvenate the rich agricultural traditions of the region by reintroducing natural farming. As with all of Costadilà’s wines, this sparkling Glera is unfiltered, and fermented in bottle without the addition of sulfur creating a natural, but clean style. Zesty citrus and floral aromas are accompanied by flavors of tart meyer lemon with smaller, more integrated bubbles - this wine is full of energy and life.
