Clos Cibonne dates back to 1797 when it was purchased by the Roux family from Jean Baptiste Cibon, a royal marines captain of Louis XVI.  Still owned by the family, Clos Cibonne is one of 18 Cru Classés in Provence, crafting most of their wines from the unique varietal, Tibouren, that is used to flesh out this stunning sipper. Sitting in a basin on the coast of the Mediterranean and surrounded by hillsides, the topography helps them to produce some of the best in Provence. The ‘Tentations’ is fresh and vibrant with an enticing rose gold color, peach skin on the nose, and with almost 10 weeks on the lees, a delicate, silky body. Red cherry and strawberry round out a gorgeous wine.
