Domaine Bott Frères, established by Philippe Louis Bott in 1835, represents nearly two centuries of winemaking expertise. Located in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, the estate is a testament to the union of a passionate family and an exceptional terroir, passed down from generation to generation. Today, Paul Bott is the 7th generation to uphold the family tradition, supported by a small team of eight. Their ‘Tradition’ Pinot Blanc is vinified without the use of oak and is aged on the lees for three months. The result is an aromatic, mineral-driven wine with notes of wild flowers, crunchy white peach, and a rocky, mountainous minerality that carries through from start to finish.
