The passport stamps on the label reference world-wide inspiration as well as ever evolving vintages. Their 2015 Pinot Noir is sourced from top quality vineyard sights across California. Bodan Roan is packed with ripe red fruit such as raspberries, cherry and strawberry. The Pinot is aged in mostly old oak imparting subtle sweet spices on the palate. The overall brillliant acidity of the wine is not only what makes this wine an outstanding wine to pair with an extensive style of foods, but also gives the wine nice structure.
