This lovely handmade Italian pasta is crafted by a Tuscan winemaker who practices polyculture – the practice of growing multiple types of crops for full and healthier use of his land. There he grows organic Durum wheat from which he crafts this pasta. Made in the classic fashion ‘alla Chitarra,’ this spaghetti is square, rather than a machine-made round cut. It’s imported from our friends in Burlington, and the flavor and texture are delicious.
