Domaine du Parandou is a small family-owned operation that has been growing grapes and producing wine for four generations. The cellar, built in 1818, is nestled in the village of Sablet in the heart of the Rhône Valley. ‘Les Secrets du Grangeon’ comes to us from Vaucluse, a lower ranking appellation that exists to allow growers the option to experiment with grape varieties and winemaking techniques that fall outside of higher level appellation requirements. This medium-bodied blend is completely unoaked keeping the fruit front and center. Aromas of black fruit mingle with soft smoky notes while the palate is full of juicy blackberry and plum with a kiss of spiceon the finish.
