Evan’s winery is in Utah because he believes in the potential future of grape-growing in the state. However, without the current access to quality Utah vines, he purchases fruit from trusted vineyards in Mendocino County. Evan then transports the fermenting juice to his home in Salt Lake City where he completes the vinification process. ‘Feints’ is a cofermentation of the Piedmontese varieties grown at Fox Hill Vineyard. Four red grapes and one white undergo carbonic maceration keeping this wine light, fresh, and popping with fruit. Ripe cherry, cranberry, and raspberry are balanced with savory, earthy notes and bright acidity - chill this down and enjoy on the porch!
