The Laherte family has been growing and producing Champagne in the village of Chavot since 1889. Today, under the tutelage of sixth generation winemaker Aurélien Laherte, the estate has become one of the most progressive and dynamic producers in the region. A meticulous vinifier and devoted practitioner of organic and biodynamic viticulture, Aurélien continues to produce an impeccable lineup of blended and single-vineyard Champagnes. ‘Les 7’ is a blend of seven indigenous grapes, co-fermented, and combined with solera aged reserve wines dating back to 2005. This taut, crystalline Champagne boasts notes of citrus, orchard fruit, and florals with enough natural richness to keep everything in balance.
