The Saveurs du Temps cooperative originated as a partnership between a few small, dedicated growers in 1929. Together, they continue to farm their land traditionally, yet have pooled together to share modern winemaking equipment in their cellars where they craft impressive wines throughout the Languedoc at outstanding values. This classic blend of Grenache and Syrah comes to us from Costières de Nîmes, the most southerly appellation of the Rhône Valley. Adjacent to Provence, the area has made a name for itself by making Provençal-style rosés with notes of watermelon rind, raspberry and just a hint of wet rock minerality.
