Think of Ruby and Tawny Ports as the non-vintage Champagne of the Port world (kind of) in that they are both made to reflect a 'house style' rather than a particular vintage. At Quinta do Infantado, their Tawny Port is blended from two to three vintages for the final cépage. More delicate than their Ruby, both produced in a medium-dry style, it shoes flavors of caramel, citrus peel, and has a pleasant nuttiness.
Pairing: Aged cheddar cheeses, baked fruit pies, and chocolate-based desserts
