Crude Bitters & Sodas is owned and operated by our friends Craig and Lindsay. This husband-and-wife team have been hand crafting cocktail bitters and shrub syrup concentrates since 2012. Everything is done in small batches from organic ingredients with no glycerin, chemicals, or dyes and only glass pots or wood barrels are used for the storage and aging of their products.

These are the perfect bitters for a tiki cocktail. Toasted, savory coconut is blended with charred pineapple while notes of brown sugar and allspice round everything out for easy drinking, summery drinks. Pair with any agave based spirits or rum! 

Recipe: Darquirita 
In a shaker with ice add: 
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Cynar
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz Tippleman's Barrel Smoked Maple Syrup
One dropper full of 'Tropi-500' tiki bitters
Shake lightly, strain into a cold coupe or martini glass
