Power, personality, perseverance. There are many words to describe the wines made by the Hochar family over the decades. The ‘Jeune’ wines are made from his younger vines and meant to be drank in the near term. Yet it still has the earthy and gamey tones of its more distinguished siblings, but shows bright fruity tones of black cherry, balsamic strawberries, and incense spices.
