Raul Sastre’s grandfather founded the local winemaking cooperative and, in 1992, started up this estate for his sons - Pedro and current winemaker Jesús Sastre. Jesús is committed to sustainable practices, operating organically and following biodynamic principles. ‘Pago de Santa Cruz’ is elegant with ripe red berries, bright acidity, with hints of vanilla and mocha.
