The Loosen family has been cultivating Riesling in the Mosel valley for over 200 years. Today, Ernst Loosen is running the operation and producing Riesling from village level to single vineyard bottlings. The Dr. L label is their value-priced wines sourced from non-estate fruit throughout the Mosel. Made in the off-dry Feinherb style, this is a bright, vibrant, fruit-driven wine with notes of peach, citrus zest, and melon while the fresh acid keeps the touch of sweetness in check.
