Much like Pinot Noir, Viognier can transparently reflect the terroir in which it is grown with styles from rich and honeyed to vibrant and fresh. Also like Pinot Noir, it is one of the most challenging grapes to grow as it is constantly at risk of failure in the vineyard. The difficulty in growing, and producing, quality Viognier makes the value of this wine all the more impressive. Located 7 miles from Nîmes in the Southern Rhône, this Viognier shows off its natural aromatic qualities, balanced with a refreshing backbone to keep you coming back for another sip. White flowers and honeysuckle burst from the glass with notes of ripe peach and apricot joining the party on the palate.
