Founded in 1989 by fifth generation grower Marie Hélène Larmandier and her husband Vincent Waris, and now run by their son Jean-Phillipe Waris, Waris-Larmandier is a biodynamic winery with a focus on site-specific Côtes des Blancs.  This estate is known for delicate wines with an understated elegance, and their entry level is no exception. ‘Racines de Trois’ translates to the three roots, named so for the three Waris siblings that run the estate, the three grapes in this wine, and the three terroirs from whence they came. A creamy palate and soft bubbles are accompanied by aromas of ripe berries and white blossoms, apricot and marzipan on the palate with a slightly salinic, mineral finish.
