Alley 26 is a local restaurant and cocktail bar that makes their own syrups and mixers! They have a slew of different products that they now bottle and sell. They also host cocktail classes virtually and in person, as well as share recipes on their YouTube channel! This is their Orgeat – a tropical syrup made with almond milk, orange water, and clove.
Recipe: Alley 26’s Mai Tai ½ oz Cointreau ½ oz Orgeat ½ oz fresh lime juice 1 oz silver rum 1 oz dark rum Shake with crushed ice, top with Angostura bitters, & garnish with mint
