Joining the quality revolution of the Veneto in 1989, the Castagnedi brothers farm their family vineyards with an emphasis on low yields of high quality-fruit that’s impeccably handled from vineyard to bottle. This focus on quality has earned Tenuta Sant’Antonio a place amongst the top tier of producers in the region. Made from Corvina, which some consider to be the finest grape of Valpolicella, it’s fermented and aged in stainless steel, so it’s all about the fruit here.
