Bethel Heights has been a family affair since 1977. Between siblings, in-laws, and cousins, their vineyards have been passed down in the tradition of making sustainable, artisanal wine that represents the Eola-Amity Hills. They were one of the founders of Oregon’s ‘LIVE Certified Sustainable’ program and one of the first to be labeled as Salmon Safe – all to protect their rich ecosystem and fertile soils. Their ‘Estate’ Chardonnay is kept in French oak for eleven months lending toasty notes on the nose and palate. Complete malolactic fermentation creates a creamy mouthfeel, but ripe apple and pear bring balanced freshness and energy.
