The ClaudeVal wines come to us from Domaine Paul Mas, located about as far south in the Languedoc as you can get and still be in France. And although you may technically be in France, the food, wine, and culture will all be Catalan.  The white blend is a classic field blend, opening with soft, ripe fruit on the nose. The palate is similarly smooth, with a light, balanced acidity with a medium body. The fruit is pleasing apple and pear closing with just a touch of minerality.  An easy and versatile dinner party crowd pleaser!
