‘Timbre’ refers to the character or quality of musical sounds, different from tone or pitch and rather intangible. Founder Joshua Klapper chose this name as an ode to his love of music, but also to express how winemakers using the same fruit from the same vines can create such different wines. All of their wines have musical themed names! Their piquette is made from re-hydrating grape must, and refermenting for a light, refreshing, effervescent wine.  ‘Bebop’ smells like roses and has bright strawberry and salted watermelon on the palate.
