What is natural wine? There is no singular definition but rather a set of principles and methods that winemakers and grape growers follow during the cultivation and vinification of grapes. Join Mallory as she shepherds you through 5 of her favorite natural wines in the shop while diving into the history of the modern natural wine movement, organic and biodynamic agriculture, and so much more. She will debunk common misconceptions about natural wine leaving you with a well-rounded understanding of why this often-polarizing style has become so popular over recent years.
